IRS provides branding, printing, signage, retail display, and courier & cargo services. All orders are subject to availability, pricing confirmation, and mutual agreement on specifications.

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may vary based on material costs and project complexity
  • Orders are confirmed upon advance payment as agreed
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

3. Production & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on project scope
  • Installation services are subject to site accessibility and prior scheduling
  • Courier services are facilitated through our DTDC franchise and subject to DTDC's terms
  • Slight colour variations between digital proofs and printed output are inherent to the printing process

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
  • We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods
  • GST is applicable as per government regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on irsprints.in are the property of Innovative Retail Solution. Clients retain ownership of their brand materials provided to us for production.

6. Liability Limitations

  • IRS is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events
  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question
  • Claims regarding printing quality must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone violating these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
